Serenity By The Sea Spa

The massage I had at this spa was one of the BEST EVER! Ana was my masseuse and she went above and beyond. Took a very thorough history before starting and addressed every ache and pain I had! The products used were heavenly. The massage table itself was like nothing I had ever experienced. Went more than just up or down, but shifted each body part to support it fully. The atmosphere was perfect, spotless and clean, and every employee friendly. I would come back here again and again and again!

I reached out to the Spa but didn't hear back so I am hoping maybe I can get clarification on my review. I came in Saturday and got a Moroccan Body Melt. Your facilities are amazing, I have been using the Henderson for the last couple years but really enjoyed your amenities. I did enjoy the Body Melt but expected more than I got and maybe that was just my misconception, but I thought I would get clarification. She did put product in my hair and since I have alot of hair she had to use two packets, but there was only a total of 10 seconds of massaging my scalp if that because she was so worried about getting product into my hair (which my hair loved), but there wasn't a scalp massage - The process of putting product into my hair took at least 20 minutes if not more (to include stepping

This was a gift like no other! Personnel, services and facilities were great!!Unfortunately as a first timer to a place such as this, I had zero idea what to expect. Hence I was not prepared to use the facilities as they are meant to be used and enjoyed. Suggestions for a FIRST TIMER… Ask what is included in any service you are requesting. Ask which amenities are available to you. Which personal items should you bring/need. Arrive early so they can give you a proper tour which (if possible and available) you can actually SEE what your session will consist of. (Or maybe they have videos available to watch beforehand. Requesting 15+ minutes in-between sessions would be wonderful so you can properly hydrate/have a snack/ read/ or even sit and take in the experience you just received especia

We booked a couples massage for 50 min. We went early to use the facilities (sauna, steam room, and whirlpool). I was very surprised to find out I was going to be separated from my boyfriend until the massage. There is no couples area, and this would have been helpful to have explained upon booking. There was only one very in-helpful male working, who did not show him where anything was or tell him what he could use. As he sat watching the news for an hour and a half thinking he was waiting for me to do these things together, and the one worker kept telling him that I would come get him. Not correct. I had spa services provided by Warrior Beach Retreat and their founders, the Cope Family. They honored the Combat Veterans and their spouses/caregivers. They showed the ladies a very exhilarating experience. We were showered with gifts, breakfast and lunch in a private area. We travelled to and from our hotel in a limousine!!
