Serenity at Miller-Motte College

I am a stickler when it comes to customer service and organizations projecting professionalism at all times. However, my venture here was not a success one. I waited for thirty minutes before, I was escorted to a chair for services. Let me not fail to mention, that I had a scheduled appointment for services. Then the young lady that was selected to do my hair, mysteriously got sick, then I waited at least another 30 minutes, before someone informed me of this event. Mind you, I had been shampooed prior to her getting sick and left at the shampoo bowl, with my wet hair exposed, with no towel to cover my hair from drafty air. By this time, I am nerved; so, in theory, I would not recommend this facility for hair care services. But, what I would recommend, is that the college invests in coa

Don't bother trying to make an appointment here. You'll come at your scheduled time but if they take a late lunch it's out the window. Had an appointment at 1 and they said they had a late lunch so I'd have to come back in an hour. Left and came back and said I'd have to come back in the morning. I have a tight budget and too kids. With paying the babysitter for today and an extra hour I cant afford to come back tomorrow.

I went in to reschedule a first time nail appointment that I had to miss and was asking about availability and walk in procedure for later. Got the impression I was bothering the front desk lady by asking. Not sure if she was having a bad day or if that is her normal demeanor. I was having a bad too, but was at least trying to smile when talking to other people. Awkward. Can't say I will even try the nail side again.

I had a mani/pedi. I was trying to save money. I totally wasted my time and money. I could have went to dollar tree and purchased a polish and done it myself. Very unprofessional. They had very few selections of polish and half of that was dried out. I have heard that their other services were better. But after my nail experience, IllI probably just pay a professional.

I have had a few massages and they have all been really good. i would definitely recommend. Only gave 4 stars because the space is limited but once you're in you won't regret it.
