I was a first time customer at the shop. Yanick was recommended by a family member and she didn’t disappoint. I came with over processed hair. She brought it back to life. She took the time to get to know me and my hair. It was a pleasure visiting this salon. I left very pleased.

I love the atmosphere. Everyone is pleasant and professional. I was very satisfied with the service I received. Kim did a Keratin treatment.

I am thoroughly impressed with Serene Beauty Lounge. I scheduled a last minute appointment the day before and they were able to schedule me right away. I got a wash and treatment, then styled it with curling rods (unfortunately it rained that day and my curls were no more, but I’m sure it would’ve lasted otherwise). The ladies working here were so friendly: Jodi gave me the best and most thorough hair wash/ scalp massage I’ve ever had!!! She took her time and truly took care of my hair. The hair products she used left my head feeling so fresh and my hair soft. Kim was very informative and helped me decide which natural style I should do with my hair. It was a relaxed environment to be in and they even recommended products that were best for my hair texture with the option to order and pick

So I decided to take a well needed self care day. I needed my hair done BAD! I been through a lot and if felt so good to have someone amazing as Kim transform my hair.. chef kiss! What an amazing experience! I’m so happy that I found this salon. Great atmosphere and amazing women and conversations! Thank you welcoming committee.. from someone that suffers from social anxiety.. you gals made me feel so comfortable. I appreciate it so much. Great way to end my day. Loyal customer here!
