This was the best manicure I’ve ever had! I’m from Philly, moved to Jersey and I will happily drive 40 minutes for this experience. Tammy was amazing. She was so detailed and precise. I’ve never loved my nails this much and can’t wait to come back!

I received a Russian manicure here and was unhappy with the quality of the service. When I left the salon, several nails had visible bubbles, polish had flooded into my cuticles, and the shaping was uneven. My cuticles felt extremely tight and painful afterward. As I’m not a confrontational person, I reached out privately to address my concerns. The salon explained that their policy does not allow refunds and requires issues to be raised while in the salon. They offered solutions that required returning, which they consider a fair opportunity to address the issue, but I was not comfortable in doing so due to the discomfort I experienced, and we were unable to reach a resolution. Serene beauty lounge is a wonderful place conveniently located in fishtown area! The moment you walk in you feel welcomed and relaxed! They offer a great verity of services ! I chose a gel manicure and pedicure! The procedure is completely pain free and the gel polish looks nice and very neat! Svetlana and Samantha both did a wonderful job! Highly recommend !
