Toni has been absolutely amazing with my hair growth journey! I’ve seen such a difference since working with her. She is not only talented but also incredibly educational—she takes the time to teach me about the right products to use and how to properly care for my hair between appointments. I truly appreciate how knowledgeable and patient she is. Her salon is also very welcoming and has such a comfortable, positive atmosphere. I always leave feeling confident and well taken care of. I tried to get my hair trimmed at a large chain twice this month, but the online system kept cancelling my appointments — even the one I booked in person. I’m so glad it pushed me toward Serendipity instead. Toni is wonderful, and you can feel the difference when someone truly values their customers. Highly recommend supporting her.

Very cute salon, but my experience was ok. I just came in for a blow dry since I washed my hair a week prior. My hair does not get dirty fast especially within a week. I slept without my scarf before coming in so most likely I had some lint. While she was was blow drying my hair she stated you have to make sure your hair is clean so you can protect the people around you. Insinuating my hair was so filthy it would affect her air quality 😒. It took everything in me to not snap and just ignore. The second thing was the clipping of the ends I got charge $20 which is a ridiculous price and since I needed a good amount cut off, she was going to charge me a hair cut fee, no thanks I will do it myself. Today was my first appt with Toni. Her nice smile and warm greeting made me feel welcomed. She asked questions about my hair care routine and she provided knowledgeable info on how to get back to having healthy hair. The hair treatment and trim that she gave me resulted in a very nice rod set. My hair hasn't felt this soft and looked this good in years. I highly recommend a Toni.
