I have a flex gel manicure in a neutral tone with two pretty accents per hand. Melissa is highly skilled, knowledgeable, intuitive with colors, and has a keen eye with attention to detail. Such a nice treat to have my nails beautifully done while I'm out working in the field- whether it be caring for patients or hiking around uneven terrain in the extreme temperatures and unpredictable weather. I'm already looking forward to my next manicure. Such a blessing to find Serendipity Nail Spa - a truly rare gem!

My wife thought I would enjoy a pedicure but knowing I wouldn't make an appointment she made one for me. With hesitation I went. I was so happy with my experience with Melissa and how relaxing it was I actually told all the guys at work that I had a pedicure and that I will be doing it every month. I thoroughly enjoyed this experience! Melissa was wonderful and made me feel so comfortable from the moment I stepped in the door. The salon is hosted in a gorgeous old Victorian with so much charm that was built in the 1800s. Her work is beautiful (and I'm talking about the nails AND the beautiful crochet and knit items she sells in her storefront). She takes one client at a time so you get true one-on-one service. If you are looking for a unique nail spa experience with low risk from a health standpoint... book an appointment with her!

Melissa is amazing!! She has gotten my nails to actually grow and look lovely!! She is very professional and knowledgable. When I had a problem with my foot, she was skilled and took her time so that I "could get" a pedicure still. She softens your skin and hydrates it, so that it does not get tried out. She is a warm and friendly person and takes care of her clients :)
