Serendipity Massage day spa

My wife and I had a 1-hour couples massage this Sunday afternoon. I had Luci and she had Nancy. The place is simple, but you can tell they are very experienced. Both therapists were professional and gave us a very relaxing experience. One thing that could improve the service: it would be better if upgrade options like essential oils and hot stones were offered before the session begins. This would avoid having to interrupt the massage to grab the items. Overall, it was a good experience and we would recommend it.

Serendipity Massage made it easy to schedule a couples massage over the phone. The reminders were helpful and not overly persistent. Upon arrival, parking was easy. The building and office are very clean. The therapists were on time and professional. They listened to what areas we had issues and we both liked our massages. Aside from the young toddler fussing for a few minutes and the northerner next to us being quite loud, our experience was relaxing and rejuvenating. We will be back!!! I highly recommend Serendipity!

We booked this last minute and wanted availability on Sunday which fit our schedule. We arrived over an hour esrly and were able to start which was accommodating. The therapists are very knowledgeable and friendly. The massage was intense due to significant knots in my lower back. Overall a great experience if this is the style massage you want at a great price with a lot of flexibility in scheduling. The atmosphere may not be what comes to mind when one thinks of a luxury spa. Whike this is a great budget option, it comes with some caveats. It is semi private as the spaces are divided by thick curtains. We were the only customers so this was not an issue for us but keep in mind these are not rooms and sounds may travel. I had a great experience with Su. She is highly professional, attentive, and skilled. She successfully addressed a pain issue that had been bothering me for days. I truly appreciate her expertise and would highly recommend her services. I will definitely come back.

My partner and I came in for a couples massage. The massages themselves were decent, but the setup felt a bit makeshift — the room didn’t have much privacy or ambiance, which took away from the relaxing experience we were hoping for. What really made things uncomfortable was how the staff brought up the tip at the end. It felt a little pushy and unprofessional, which left us with a bad impression. Overall, it wasn’t terrible, but it definitely didn’t feel like a professional spa experience.
