Serendipity Labs - Financial District Manhattan

A year ago, my company downsized from having a huge office of our own to renting office spaces at Serendipity Labs. It's been for the best. There's plenty of co-working space, a kitchen w/a lot of amenities. The space is clean, the environment is friendly, comfortable & for the most part quiet. The staff is incredible. They are friendly, accommodating & professional. It's been a pleasure coming to this office. I love it here.

We have been in this space for about a year and we are not going anywhere anytime soon. The offices and common spaces are well maintained, there are a lot of windows that allow for great light and the staff could not be nicer and more accommodating. Conference rooms of various sizes are available that are outfitted with video conference capability. Overall, we are very happy to be at Serendipity Labs.

What really stands out is how responsive the team is to tenant requests. They genuinely listen and make sure everyone feels comfortable and supported. I always have a wonderful experience when using the office spaces at Serendipity Labs. From the moment you walk in, you’re greeted by the wonderful staff at reception and made to feel at home through their bright, sun-filled offices & fully equipped tech and office equipment available to use. It’s a welcoming and collaborative space, with people working from a variety of industries. You never know who you’ll run into! Additionally, their community breakfasts/lunches/after hours events allow for great opportunity to network with others in a fun way. I always know that I’ll be able to get lots of work done and meet new people when spending my days working here!

Serendipity Labs has been a fantastic place to work - great shared areas, clean, well-equipped kitchen, and good conference rooms. Also an easy place to meet and network with people. The staff made a huge difference and are very welcoming.
