I love it here! Jacob is our office manager and truly goes above and beyond. He consistently keeps us informed about building updates, events, and opportunities, and does an amazing job booking high-quality, exclusive networking events in our shared spaces. Jacob is incredibly reliable, attentive, and professional. He knows every tenant, gives phenomenal tours, and treats every guest as a VIP. From managing mail to coordinating events and daily operations, he makes working at Serendipity feel elevated and seamless.

I want to take a moment to recognize Jacob and Jobeth for the incredible work they do as office managers. They consistently go above and beyond to keep everything running smoothly, no matter how busy or challenging things get. Their organization, professionalism, and attention to detail truly make a difference in our day-to-day operations.

Great service and Samantha was so wonderful to deal with. Always asking if we were good or needing anything. The facility and view made our guests feel extra special. They took care of all our catering needs, drinks, utensils, etc. high recommend!

I hosted a meeting in their main conference room and was truly impressed with the space. The venue is GORGEOUS, and the view from the 21st floor is spectacular. The space is modern, comfortable, and spacious. Samantha and the team are very helpful and friendly. Bonus, the fridge is well stocked with a variety of beverages. I am looking forward to my next opportunity to vidit.
