Leslie is amazing! From the moment I sat in her chair, I felt completely comfortable and confident that I was in great hands. She really listened to what I wanted, offered thoughtful suggestions, and absolutely nailed the cut. The attention to detail and care she puts into her work truly shows. Nobody does it like my girl Kya!!! I found Serendipity hair salon a couple of years ago because I was learning how to style my curly/wavy hair. I got a botched haircut and just needed someone to be able to help me through this hair journey. Kya came in and saved my hair, and that's an understatement. I went to school out of town, and I literally waited a full year to cut my hair until I could come back and have Kya cut it, I trust no one but her!

Really nice salon. Have had my daughter’s hair cut there two times, once by Kim and once byJody. Both were excellent. Jody cut my hair and did a great job. Definitely will be going back.

I was going here seeing Kya every time I go. I’ve always loved my results and Kya is one of the nicest and talented stylist I’ve had. I am absolutely disgusted by the owner’s actions as it is completely unprofessional. She fired and cursed out Kya (who is 4 months pregnant) on the salon floor in front of everyone and clients. This is completely disgusting as not only an owner but also as another stylist. The owner is also lying telling clients that Kya is just not there for the day. Luckily I have found where Kya is working but I am appalled!

I’ve been going to Keri for years, and I absolutely love her and how she does my hair! She always takes the time to explain how the color will set in my hair, and has so much patience. I have never walked out of that salon feeling uneasy with my choice in hair color or style because she always does amazing.
