My experience is with the manager Hannah. She wanted to do a 9 am appointment. She didn’t show up until 9:15. She also told me one price over text, upped it when she was doing my nails. Proceed to dip my nails for their fill instead of traditional acrylic. Didn’t let me pick out my base color. Didn’t ask me what shape for my frenchies. Just did her own thing & the results were horrible. She kept clipping me hen she was as doing the cuticles and under nail. My trip over here just ruined my mood for the morning unfortunately.

I wasn’t able to get into my usual nail salon so I thought I’d give Serena’s a try as I was recommended. I walked in for a dip and they tried to persuade me into another service. I said no because I have an allergy that prevents that type of service. They relented and did the dip. After an hour and a half they get to the last step and say they don’t have the correct polish to finish and insist I have to do the remaining steps to the service I refused. I didn’t have time to have them take them off so I did it against my better judgement. They put dirty, smelly fingerless gloves on my hands to continue. Not only did they ignore a known allergy, it was unsanitary. I was visibly upset, paid full price and left. Botched nails started peeling off within 3 days. Don’t waste your time. Shotty appl

they did a great job and fixed up a nail i had got done from another establishment, had good color matching options and great service!

Wonderful pedicure!! The ladies were extremely caring and accommodating. My pedi color turned out perfect as I added glitter to the original color. I got the spearmint scrub pedi and it was a 10/10! When I’m back in the area I would stop in here again.
