Serasana

I called the studio before coming and was very impressed by the warmth and information. The studio is beautiful, welcoming and clean. The class matched its description, and was perfect for me. I overheard that the teacher was a sub and everyone who regularly attended loved it. I was able to connect with the studio owner Molly, after class and had a lovely welcome packet waiting for me after class. She was wonderful and I enjoyed meeting Lady too. I left feeling relaxed and grateful for such tender care. I will be back! I even got my boyfriend an intro 2 week intro package!

I had the opportunity to get a message and acupuncture at Serasana recently and I'm so glad I did! My treatments started with an amazing, soothing massage from Shayla. She started the session by asking me is there were any areas that were sore or tight and what brought me in to get a massage. She explained everything thoroughly and asked how much pressure I wanted her to use. Being that this was my second ever massage I wasn't really sure. Throughout the massage she continually checked in with me to see how the pressure was and if she needed to go deeper or to back off a bit. Overall the massage was a great start of services and I can't recommend Shayla enough. Next was my very first acupuncture treatment with Michael. Staff was lovely, building and establishment was clean and peaceful, pricing was fair. Availability was great too. I was able to get in on Friday for over the weekend for a couples massage that my husband and I really needed— I’m 21 weeks pregnant and my husbands job has been demanding. We had a scare earlier that week and both of us said this was the first time we have been able to relax in the last few days. So grateful for this time together that I could have cried.

Serasana in Littleton is such a lovely space.. calm, inviting, and beautifully set up for relaxation. The staff are warm and welcoming from the moment you walk in. I booked a massage with Laina, and she was amazing. Her bedside manner is impeccable, and she’s so intuitive in how she communicates. She seemed to instinctively understand what I needed, providing the perfect balance of quiet time and focused attention. The massage itself was one of the best I’ve had. Will be back again for another massage and yoga classes!

Updated review since I have been attending for a couple of months now. I have been able to attend a wide range of classes I appreciate the opportunity to learn so many different aspects of yoga. I also appreciate the knowledge and care that the instructors bring to each session. I look forward to walking in the door. I always receive a friendly reception. The yoga studio is beautiful with great natural light. When I leave I feel refreshed.
