I had the most incredible experience with Zowie at Seraphine Spa and can confidently say this was the best Japanese head spa I have ever had and it was my very first one From start to finish the entire experience was deeply relaxing and so thoughtfully done. Zowie walked me through everything and made me feel completely at ease. The scalp analysis detox and cleanse nourishing treatments hydrotherapy waterfall scalp massage and light therapy were all amazing and unlike anything I have experienced before As a first time guest at Seraphine and my first ever Japanese head spa this exceeded every expectation. My scalp felt refreshed my hair felt incredible and I left feeling totally reset Worth every penny and then some. I will absolutely be back and will be booking with Zowie again for sure

The ladies who work at the spa are very kind. However, I paid for a 90-minute massage for my daughter and me, and the experience was not good. The first person who attended to us took us to an area with a camera to check the condition of our hair, but she didn’t know how to use it. She spent about 15 to 20 minutes trying to make it work, and in the end, she couldn’t. After that, my daughter started with a foot massage, which was actually excellent. I started with the head massage, but the girl who was helping me didn’t know how to use the machine or what to do. Supposedly, there should have been water running on my head during the experience, but she only used it for about 3 minutes out of the 30. Later, the lady who did the foot massage came to help me, and she did an excellent job. St

I took my friend to Seraphine Spa as a surprise for her birthday because she’s been dying to try a Japanese head spa for about a year now. I felt a lot of pressure to find the perfect place — I didn’t want to ruin an experience she’d been looking forward to for so long. I’m so glad I found Seraphine because it absolutely surpassed our expectations! From the moment we walked in until the moment we left, everything was exceptional — the atmosphere, the people, and the level of care. We both did the 90-minute head spa, and it was nothing short of phenomenal. At one point, I had one person massaging my head while another gave me a foot rub — I honestly thought I had died and gone to heaven! The whole experience was great. The spa was very clean and professional and Maya did a great job on my hair. The foot massage was so relaxing. I would defy recommend this spa. I will definitely be returning.
