The man was really nice at first then he was just really rude and aggressive with my hands. Gave me more of a circle than an almond shape as well. I wasn’t going to leave a review until not even two weeks after I got my nails done. 10 Days to be exact I’ve already had two nails fall off and I’ve had to go somewhere else to get them fixed. Plus I have two other nails that are going to fall off soon as well literally just waiting for them to come off. They are able to move whenever I touch them. I’ve never got my nails done and have had this issue. I will never come here again. I’m not the type to leave a bad review, but I just want to give everyone a heads up before you go in here not worth it go somewhere else.

I just had my nails done here for the third time. I recently moved to Tennessee from New York and have tried four other nail salons. Do not go anywhere else. This place is amazing. My nails never chipped after three weeks. The pedicure was beyond phenomenal. They served me homemade tea. The place is clean, spotless my nails are meticulous. I have never had a better nail experience than here. Absolutely the best nail place ever in Tennessee.

I had been a client of this salon for several years. Usually, they did a decent job, especially the women working there. However, I was unlucky enough to visit the salon before New Year’s and my trip, where I was attended to by a man there. I believe he is also one of the salon’s owners. I got a powder manicure, and the next day I left for a two-week vacation. By the third day of my trip, my manicure started chipping and peeling off. Over these two weeks, I watched the polish flake off my nails, making them shorter and shorter. Unfortunately, there wasn’t a nearby spa where I could fix the issue. When I returned to the salon after two weeks, this man greeted me at the entrance and asked me to choose a nail polish color. I told him I was very dissatisfied with their service last time and

I moved to east Tennessee from Nashville in 2016. This is the only nail salon I use. Ky is an artist. My nails are always classy and perfection. Everyone is so kind and the atmosphere is always relaxing. I would give more than 5 stars if I could.

This was the most tranquil most efficient mani pedi I’ve ever received. Bebe made sure to ask me every step of the way if I liked the nails so the line of communication stayed open! Hannah’s massage throughout the pedicure was SOO GOOD, she’s also super thorough with cuticle care! Love them and will be returning!
