SEPHORA

This particular Sephora has a great selection of men's Fragrances. I've been to a handful of Sephora's in Manhattan and this location blows them away. They had everything from Killian, YSL, Tom Ford, Gucci, Comodity, Montale, Suavage, Christian Dior, Maison Margiela, Valentino to Prada.

I went to the store today and I had the worst experience ever in my life at a Makeup store. I was only looking for six items and the girl I asked for help was only able to help me with one of them and she didn’t even bring me to the product, She barely pointed her finger to the area where the product was supposed to be. I thought that she was a bad employee so I decided to ask other ladies working there and they were all just as bad. I felt so unwelcome and it almost felt like they had agreed on not being helpful to customers all. I’ve had way better experiences at ULTA’s. I was literally looking for six little things that would’ve taken them two minutes to find and none of them was willing to help. The store wasn’t even busy. While most of my visit was pleasant The check out girl was rude, which soured my experience. My husband took me by yesterday to get some goodies post partum, First time in Sephora in a year!!! everyone was super helpful and kind.. except the cashier who kept calling me ma’am and was a bit disorganized. Had me walk through the store to check out, then ran back to the cashier desk I was originally at to get a bag ?? She then had me sign up for rewards points saying I get a free gift. I got old lady cream 😂😂😂 I’m 31 but cmon no one wants old lady foundation. my husband was paying and asked if there was anything else she just ignored us. We laughed about her on the way to bath and body works.

I had a lovely experience today at Sephora. I had been eyeing a foundation online, and came in with the intention of getting color matched. A lovely lady with a purple balayage helped me (I’m so sorry I missed her name!), she was friendly, helpful, and also assisted me with finding some skincare products, talking me through why she recommended them, as I had mentioned my skin has been harder to manage postpartum. She also brought some of the products to me so I didn’t have to push my baby stroller all over the store. When I was on my way out another associate (who was actively running around for another customer) asked if she could help me with the door when she saw my stroller. 🥹 I had to leave a nice review, because it sounds like a small gesture of kindness but navigating with a strolle

I was having such an off day and Tumi the beautiful employee was so attentive, caring, and knowledgeable. Definitely made my day better and helped me pick out a new item. Seriously Love her!!!
