I had a 60 minute makeup session with Sam and I would 100% recommend going to her. I told her I was getting my makeup done for a band photo shoot and she did such an amazing job. She is the sweetest person and had such a wonderful time talking to her as well. :)

As soon as I walked in, I was greeted warmly and helped right away. Erica was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient throughout my visit. She took the time to answer all my questions and made sure I found exactly what I needed. The entire team was friendly and attentive, which made the experience even better. Highly recommend visiting this location, thank you, Erica, for the outstanding service and finding my perfect match!

Collette was amazing. I was looking for a new perfume for myself (wanting to switch up my every day signature scent) and struggle finding what I like since there is always so many options and perfumes tend to smell differently on skin than in the bottle. Collette literally jumped at the opportunity to help me find something I liked. She was super helpful, patient and enthusiastic with all of her suggestions, and she nailed the scent I was looking for!! (Highly recommend Burberry Goddess - SO good and different from what I normally go for). 10/10 customer service with a welcoming personality. Thanks again Collette!

I just had such a great experience at this Sephora location. Every person that worked there was extremely helpful, kind patient and not pushy with a sale which is really nice. I appreciated everyone’s time and they just made my experience extremely pleasant and personable.

An employee with long brown hair in a ponytail and a round face and roundish body rudely snorted at me when I dropped a product while trying to reach for one on a very high shelf, instead of offering to help me reach for it. However, the rest of the staff is very helpful, especially an employee with a great beard and dark hair. He even recommended what blush brush would be best for me between 3 that I was looking at. Look, if I’m going to spend a lot of money on products, then I expect to be treated a lot better too. Also I expect the products I buy to be unused and not half empty, unlike this perfume sample kit I bought
