SEPHORA

Needed to refresh my cleansing and makeup routines. Rosie was awesome! She took her time explaining things to me, and found me a good match for a foundation tint. I'm visiting from Chicago area and only brought a carryon, but when I get home I will stop at my Sephora and update my routine. Thank you!!

I usually enjoy shopping at Sephora, but my recent visit was disappointing. From the moment I walked in, I felt like I was being closely followed by employees. While I understand that staff are there to help and keep the store running smoothly, the constant hovering made me really uncomfortable. Instead of being able to browse at my own pace, I felt watched the entire time. A friendly check-in or offer of assistance is great, but there’s a difference between being available and being overbearing. I ended up leaving sooner than I planned because I just couldn’t relax enough to shop. Briana who looks like a linebacker for the NFL was gossiping amongst other employees because I pretty much told them to back off. I agree with the other negative reviews because that’s pretty much the same treat

Hubby and I are on a lil vacation for my birthday 🎂.. and we went to Sephora and Maggie helped us..she color matched my skin for new products!! She was so nice and knowledgeable and patient. Maggie you are amazing!! Thank you!! 🙏❤️🙌

Visited the new Sephora on University Ave today! The store is great! Lots of inventory, staff was super helpful! Toni went out of her way to accommodate my needs! They offer eyebrow waxing and will add make up services in October! Will be back soon!!! Don’t forget to ask about your birthday month gift opportunity!

employees were absolutely helpful and we were actually there at the time of that awful review. they were just trying to provide the best customer service, unnecessary comment because all those women were beautiful and nice. even went as far as to remind us of sales going on and save a little extra. will definitely return!
