Had a wonderful experience shopping here tonight! Two associates helped me a ton: one young lady with dyed red hair and glasses (I regretfully didn't get her name) helped me pick out the right shade of foundation and bronser and answered many of my questions. Another delightful associate named Thursday helped me find accessible, mistake-proof make up and also answered my many questions. I would highly recommend this store, I'll be coming back for sure :)

The blonde elderly woman has left quite an impression on me. I shop here good amount of time and this is the third time she has spoken to me with an attitude. I am not expecting an overly soft tone or special treatment, but I do expect basic professionalism and manners. To be honest, walking in and making purchases with your criticizing tone while giving me side eye is not appealing. As a customer, I am not responsible for or concerned with whatever personal issues may be causing this behavior. Professional conduct should remain consistent regardless. Working at Sephora does not mean you own the store or that customers should be treated dismissively. You are no different from a Walmart cashier/assistance but they offer better shopping experience for me. This is my first comment ever post

My husband and I visited this store for the first time on Saturday. I was struggling to color match an Ilia product I was interested in. The store was BUSY. Even so, Kayden took the time to help me. They were so patient with this aging lady who is inexperienced with makeup! I just wanted to thank them for making me feel comfortable. P.S. Their eye makeup was killer!!!

Highly recommend this one to guys looking for a fragrance. Especially if Vega is around! I’m new to fragrances and had a vague idea of what I was looking for. Vega helped me and I took a survey and bought a cologne that’s better than what I initially was looking for. 10 out of 10!

Went to sephora for th fist time tonight to get some help with under eye concealing. Amy came to help and she was so welcoming, nice snd patientwith helping me find the right consealor that i was happy with. thank you!
