I had an appointment with Justine to get my makeup done, and she did an amazing job! This was my second time seeing her, and once again, she nailed it. She tested my skin tone to find the perfect shade, and it was spot on! I’ll definitely keep coming back for makeup, brow gel, and to have my makeup done for special occasions. The store is clean, well-organized, and has a great selection of products, from makeup to hair repair creams.

01/03/26 5:30pm visit. It was obvious that the ladies working there were following me around. I would go to one aisle and then one of the girls would scoot over in my direction as I was walking down that aisle. I would then switch to another aisle while looking at products and then she would be there. I was one of maybe two African-American women in there. I didn't see them following people of other races around. I do not appreciate it and will not be back at this location. There were very few people in the store so no need to be following anyone around at that intensity. I was at the one in Victoria Gardens not long ago and it was a zoo in there. March 23,2023 Finally a Sephora in which they ask you if you need help and if you say no, very politely they tell you that if you need help, you can call them. I have been in other Sephora's in which they follow you, keep asking questions and just do NOT leave you alone! Thank you for let customers be free here. I came here for the Skylar coconut and decided to purchase the spray instead of the travel one. Once I tried a few, I ask them if they had and everything went well. Yesterday i went to buy some stuff, and CeCe helped me find everything that I needed, so grateful I was in and out, she was so kind because I was kind of in a hurry, It’s always good to have great people like her to be there with all the experience and the knowledge she has with all the products, will definately recommend this store with my friends and family…

First time in this store, parking was super easy, the store was big and tons of options. Very clean, and the staff was friendly and helpful. Justine was knowledgeable and helped find what I needed. Would recommend and will return.
