I hate going to this location because the employees are genuinely so rude, and today has taken the cake on why I’ll never return. To put it simple a girl was coming out of the back and looking back it seemed like she purposely took up the whole isle in which I was walking to the right of when she approached. there was enough space for her to go passed me but instead she bumps into me and not a single excuse me or apology. Girl bye, was your mother too busy feeding you or did she not teach you manners? Wish I would’ve gotten her name and wish you would’ve crossed paths with me again but she disappeared

I really like what they have done by having a specific makeup artist assigned to a specific brand. The artists know their products and if the product doesn’t work well for you in their brand, they will take you to an artist with a different brand. It helps getting one on one assistance and feels less overwhelming. Additionally, they have fantastic products so it’s easy getting what works best for you.

Larissa was amazing!!! I booked a 60 minute full face makeup and she absolutely killed it! I showed her a photo of what I was thinking and she was able to recognize every detail of makeup in the photo. She matched it flawlessly based on what look we were going for . Definitely booking with her again! Thank you Larissa!!

This really is a two sided review…. Pros: I have always found the associates at this store to be helpful and courteous. Just a couple of weeks ago, a lady helped me pick the most heavenly Dior fragrance I have ever encountered. I wouldn’t have thought of trying it if not for her suggestion. I can usually find what I need pretty readily unless it’s a newer drop and it’s just in high demand. Cons: Unfortunately, I rarely shop here anymore and opt for a department store due to the fact that if you shop on a weekend, it’s usually wall to wall 12 year old girls digging into the testers, playing in the makeup and leaving their Starbucks cups everywhere. Horrible Custmor service! Been here twice in the last couple months and employees are rude, not helpful, and have a bad attitude. Very dirty than it used to be. Very sad as this use to be a great place to go to.
