Sephora

I went into Sephora to make a return and I was not aware of their 30 day policy which it doesn't state anywhere on the receipt. I was so excited because I live 2 hours away from the nearest stand alone Sephora and would finally be able to make my return. When I got to the register the cashier stated that she wouldn't be able to make the return or exchange due to the policy. I asked for a manager and she called a gentleman who came and was a little concerned but stated he couldn't do anything either. I then asked for the manager and he saw a lady walking by and she came over and stated the same thing. I know how it is working in retail and I just felt like no one wanted to help me in any way at all. I felt like I wasn't worth anything. No care or concern was given to me as a customer. The

Nicole! She helped my mom find a concealer and suitable foundation, and was so patient during the process. She provided great tips and committed to doing a full face glam for her on the spot. Super informative, kind, and funny. I’ll go back to this store just for her!

Walked into Sephora looking for something in particular for skincare. They didn’t have it but after speaking with Damien he was extremely helpful with two product recommendations. Probably would not have found them without his help. This Sephora has a lot of great items from skincare, makeup, and the staff is super helpful. Highly recommended if you are looking to spoil yourself!! Thanks again!

The staff's customer service attitude needs improvement. One employee yelled at me while I was looking for a product because she thought I opened it. She didn't see it, she just assumed, then used impolite language towards me, even glaring at me. She followed me to another area, and there was a mess on the floor, but she thought I was the one who made it and irritably used a mop to clean it. Why not help the customer instead of doing those things? With such contempt for others, please don't apply for these kinds of positions.😒

This Sephora location carries everything and just about every brand. The staff was helpful, informative and store was clean. This is a good store to come to if the other locations don’t carry certain items.
