Not to happy about my experience when u walked in. So today I decided I was going to do a few DoorDash orders I arrived at this store and was not greeted by the other customers were greeted it made me feel a certain way because I am I African American young woman and I don’t like being tested unfairly because the color of my skin I then proceeded to walk around the store to try to find the items I needed I seen a worker and started to approach her and she moved out of my distance like she didn’t see me and went to help another customer things like this should not be happening in 2026 if you feel some type of way about colors of skin you should not be the face of a major brand like this period

Came in a few days before Christmas to buy some last minute gift cards. Jocelyne welcomed me as I entered the store and said she could help me. Within minutes I had my gift cards. She was a joy to work with! Nice to see a young adult with such a wonderful demeanor and care for her customers!

We had the most amazing experience at Sephora for my daughter Maddie’s 10th birthday! She got a full birthday glam session with Nicole, and it was everything we hoped for and more. Nicole was phenomenal—kind, gentle, and incredibly skilled. She made Maddie feel confident, explained every step of the process, and created the perfect age-appropriate glam look. Maddie looked and felt beautiful—you could see it in her smile. She hasn’t stopped talking about it since and has truly been glowing ever since. The entire store felt welcoming and calm. Nothing felt rushed or awkward, which meant so much to us. Nicole made the day so special—it’s something we’ll both remember forever. Today I visit Sephora ( Stockton) .I would like to thanks Jazleen , Nadia who work in Sephora and they both ,where so helpful ,they helped me to find right product they where soft talk with me and my daughter .🥰

I wish I could give this experience a 0 but that’s not possible. I went in today to see the products Sephora at Lincoln Center offered but I was met with no welcome inside as well as pessimistic employees with poor attitudes. Not one staff member asked if I was finding everything alright during the whole store visit like Sephora employees are advised to do. I also did not receive a “have a good day” despite the countless employees waiting by the front being unproductive. The store was also not clean and not dusted. Sephora is known for having good customer service and this store does not meet that standard it was overall disappointing.
