SEPHORA

The rating is for the visit on February 15th. The sales associate in the cash register was simply not professional and rude. I wanted to show my Sephora barcode and was just shoved down the pinpad to put my cell phone. No asking of how's your day, did you find everything ok; nothing. Just. Rude.

The girls here are rude and snarky. Don’t go in looking for product recommendations. Know what you need and go. They will give you the worst reccs. They could care less about your skin issue and instead would rather see you suffer and products returned. What a JOKE. I’ve had the worst experiences here. That’s right, multiple visits, during different times of the year. The same issue, the girls are simply disgusting here!

I've never walked into a Sephora and not been greeted or asked if I was looking for anything. No a word even while passing by, standing next to them, or walking up to them. The girl at the register was nice, but this definitely not the location I'd choose to go back to.

Sephora’s carries a plethora of high end skincare and foundations- the latest. There is certainly a method to the madness, everyone seemed to navigate the maze with precision. They definitely had what I came in for. Thank you Sephora!
