I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora today thanks to Tori! She was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable, and patient from start to finish. Tori gave both me and my girlfriend a full face scan, walked us through the results, and took the time to find the exact product lines we wanted — no rushing, no pressure, just genuine care. Her kindness and gentle demeanor made the whole visit feel like a personalized beauty consultation. It’s rare to meet someone who not only knows her craft, but truly enjoys helping people feel confident. We left feeling taken care of and excited to try our new products. If you visit Sephora, definitely ask for Tori — you’ll be in amazing hands!

Really disappointing experience. I don’t buy makeup often and when I do I go to Ulta. I stopped in for a red lip because Sephora was on my route today. No one greeted me. I walked around until I found someone. An employee with a full face of make-up, a lovely pixie type hair do, and a small black crossbody purse. She was not with anyone when I approached her at the front of the store. I told her what I wanted and she proceeded to walk me over to another area. On the way, she saw who I have to assume is a regular or repeat customer. They greeted each other very excitedly. She then rushed me over to the two areas where I could find red lip color. She opened one of them and gave me an applicator to try it on. And then she walked away. That’s it. She didn’t say anything more. No “I’ll be back

Terrible service and a dirty store. Don't bother going to this location, they are the least helpful bunch of human beings around. They care more about doing their own makeup than actually helping a customer. Went in to get a thermal brush but it was in a locked case, went around the whole store looking for someone to help. Literally asked a worker and they stared at me, said ok and walked away and asked another customer if they needed help when I kid you not, I literally just asked for help. This store honestly used to be nice, I dont know what happened but they are awful.

I went in for a return 1 day outside the 30 day return policy. The lady I first encountered wasn’t rude but very dismissive to say the least. I wish I know her name, I just left. But I emailed customer service absolutely the worst experience ever. But I finally called back to the store and got a caring human being. Tasia I hope this is how you spell your name. She was understanding and kind. You can tell she loves what she does. I usually despise coming to this location, the staff is usually hot mess garbage. But finally Sephora got it right with the floor manager Tasia. She actually should be the blue print for customer service in the district. Tasia made me feel heard and most importantly understood. All while enforcing the return policy going forward. She let me know that she Sympathize

The two employees standing at the front of the store didn’t greet me, just stood there looking slow and continued their convo. And one sales associate with a low fade haircut was following me and she was also rushing for me to leave. I love my products tho :)
