I don’t believe in writing reviews unless your experience truly warrants a review and I feel like this large corporations get by because of their big money with no regard for customer service. I worked retail for 20 years in big box stores so none of that “you don’t know what it’s like”— not only do I buy I own my own business as well and also deal with customers daily. Sunday (yesterday) I came in to purchase my normal perfume but couldn’t recall if I purchased the regular Chanel Eau de Parfum or the intense bottle- the lady (nice enough yesterday) told me not to worry if I bought the wrong one I could return it. Of course I bought the wrong one, lol. Armed with the totally unopened bottle and my receipt I drove back to SLO from Paso and walked in to Sephora where there are more employees

Such a pleasant experience at this Sephora! Friendly staff and great selection of items. If it’s not in stock, they’re willing to help you order! It is located up some lofty steps and parking can be hard to come by, but with the amount of stores nearby, it’s worth a trip to visit multiple stores! Would definitely recommend this location for your Sephora shopping needs!

The sales lady was super helpful and helped us trial some of the makeup! We had a super great experience and will be definitely be returning!

Fiona nailed it with helping me find several perfect products in a short amount of time. I had specific requests (liquid eyeliner with staying power, pale pink lipstick or lipgloss, etc). She found each product I needed in a short amount of time while my husband was waiting outside. I already wore the lipgloss and I love it! Fiona was energetic and really knew the products. Thank you so much for your above and beyond service, Fiona, so I could find exactly what I needed quickly.

As soon as me and my mom walked in we were greeted by two workers and immediately got help with what we were looking for!! Andie was such an amazing worker she helped me and my mom find our shade and helped us pick new alternatives to the products we wanted to change:) such a great worker and everyone is always so nice <3
