I have to remember the stores are crowded because of the holidays (breathes in and out) but the staff were very helpful and they have a good amount of PATTERN products. Also, the lady scanning my products did not pressure me to join their rewards program💚

Tara was extremely helpful and professional during our visit to the store. She went above and beyond to make sure we found what we needed and answered all of our questions with patience and a great attitude. Her positive energy and attention to detail made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable. Friendly staff, extremely helpful the store always has great items but sometimes sold out but otherwise great customer service.

I visited this location on March the 6th. This was my first time here. I initially went there because my local Sephora did not have my Nars birthday gift. So I drove into this location to pick up my birthday gift and also shop for other products. I was somewhat hesitant to go in because my experience with a free standing Sephora has not been pleasant. When I first went in I was greeted by a bubbly friendly associate. Who come to find out was a Store Director. I believe her name was Brianna . She was super duper helpful and friendly. I especially loved her energy. I also received some additional help from Quinn who was friendly and knowledgeable with the products I was looking into. I never once felt rushed. I don’t get to this store often, but every visit is a great experience. Everyone is super friendly and helpful, guiding me through each product and even suggesting better options. I usually struggle with foundation, but I left with one that went beyond my expectations.
