The employees here were so nice and helpful. I can’t remember the name of the woman who helped me but she went above and beyond to help me find what I was looking for. The store was also really organized and stocked up on all the new releases. I left with a nice little haul.

The associates are very helpful, especially Cassandra. She was so kind and helped me find not only foundation, but also concealer, blush and lip gloss that worked for both my skin type and skin tone (both of which I have had very bad luck with products previously). She was very personable and was spot on with her recommendations. 10/10 experience, especially for my first time being at that location.

The employees are all mostly friendly & helpful, but there is one that is not - i did not get her name as it was not on my receipt for some reason, but she was tall with short black hair. Maybe a manager? Not sure. She was rolling her eyes while she was checking me out (while i was spending $200+ mind you), and was not friendly at all. She just seemed annoyed and had an attitude with me. The store wasn't even busy, so i can't begin to understand what the problem was, but she was huffing & puffing. i believe in manners, especially with customers who didn't do anything to you, and she had NONE! ZERO!

This is the third time I’ve been to this location and they are so rude. Pretty sure it was the manager unhappy that I was making a return so I didn’t get a have a good day she was just pissy. Funny she was all about approaching me when she thought I was going to buy something. Little does she actually know how much I spend at Sephora being an MUA. Maybe if she was a little bit more pleasant I would have gotten the extra few things I was going to get but there’s no way I want to give them a sale now.

Extremely rude customer service. Showed up at the door at 7:55 to pick up an online order. The staff member working refused to even acknowledged me despite making eye contact
