I came in right before closing today and was met by two of the sweetest people. They were both incredibly kind and the woman helping me was very knowledgeable. Felt super welcomed! Amazing experience ❤️

Well stocked and a huge variety of products to choose from. Very well laid out and clearly marked. There are plenty of friendly, helpful staff in the store should you need any help.

I went in to buy make-up. Salesperson approaches with no smile or greeting and says just, “What do you want”. She was sullen the entire time, I imagine to let me know she has no time for old ladies with wrinkles. I walked out with nothing and got what I needed at Ulta.

Unfriendly workers. I was picking up an Instacart order, and the workers treated us differently, as if we weren't shopping for ourselves. They seemed to undervalue us as customers, making me reconsider shopping here for myself or others. I really appreciate how friendly the staff is while my girlfriend shops. It wasn’t until my last experience there that rubbed me the wrong way & left my girlfriend upset. My girlfriend wanted her skin “scanned” (I apologize I’m not well-versed in some stuff,) by an employee for their current reward points challenge they had going on (her words not mine.) I guess they use a specific device to scan your skin.. the employee knowing that unnecessarily said “your skin looks oily” to my girlfriend as she’s patiently waiting for her to pull something up on her device. I made eye contact with my girlftiend taken aback by the comment & she looked flustered. Upon the scan, her skin came out “normal..” which further reinstated our feelings about the event.
