Best place ever ❤️ 💙. The staff is amazing and very knowledgeable. Answered all my questions and showed me different options. Love this store.

First, the gentleman at the front welcomed my husband and I, and he had a nice and genuine vibe! Next, no one bothered/hounded me while shopping which I really appreciate, I understand they want to help but sometimes I feel awkward and shy when too many reps are focused on me. I’m super picky especially when the products cost as much as they do but what gets me to buy is inspecting it for myself🧐 and looking in the mirror… at different angles with a Zoolander type expression. I felt comfortable shopping here and so I started trying out foundations on my skin (which I’m usually too shy to do!!) and I found a perfect foundation brand and shade!😀👌🏼

Dylan was so attentive and professional. My friend and I came in to this store to try and color match a concealer, Dylan really took her time to help find the right shade and also educate us on color correction, skin prep, and finding the right blush for our skin tone. We also didn’t feel rushed or pressured to buy anything. I highly recommend her if you need help with anything, she definitely knows her stuff!

I bought jo malone parfume from there as a gift andd there was nothing about gift package. No special Jo Malone package even nothing from sephora. just a little bag and they were not sorry.
