I visited Sephora Providence Place with my teenager to purchase a skin tint and a Pattern kit.This happened beginning of January. At checkout, I asked about a birthday gift from the prior month. The employee, who identified themselves as the manager, responded by raising their voice and repeatedly explaining the policy in an aggressive, condescending manner even after I acknowledged and understood it. Policy aside, yelling at a customer is unprofessional, especially in front of a child. This experience was disappointing and management needs to do better.

Emily was great. She was the only worker that acknowledged & helped me. I walk past 3-4 other employees that couldn’t be bothered.

Terrible customer service skills with a lot of the workers but one of them stood out..SHOUT OUT TO ORNELLA..I have not one clue about make up..she made me feel comfortable, took her time to not only get to know me but find out what works for me, she shuffled through crowds of ignorant people and still kept smiling to make sure I got the right product for my skin... she is a gem and I know this company is lucky to have her!

Shantelle was wonderful during our visit to Sephora with my grandaughter yesterday. She made the experience easy and enjoyable and truly went out of her way to help us. Customer service like this makes such a difference. Sephora is lucky to have Shantelle!.

I went to the counter and said I was trying to decide which birthday freebie I wanted. The cashier said they only have 2 and then asked me to put my number in. Then she got a random one and scanned it and gave it to me. But she didn't even ask if I wanted it. Yeah there were only 2 but I could've chosen to find a different location instead. She also didn't even give me the option of the 2 they had. There was no need to rush me there was no line behind me and the store had only been open 1 hour. I asked if I could exchange it for the other one and she said I can't cuz she already scanned it. Bad experience 🙄
