Haven’t worn makeup in years. I have a friend’s wedding coming up and needed to get some stuff. Was super nervous trying to figure out what I needed and what would work with my skin. Carolina was the nicest, kindest, most genuine Sephora employee I’ve ever worked with. She helped me figure out exactly what I needed, walked me through how to apply it, what brushes I needed - I mean everything! It helped boost my confidence and actually get excited to wear makeup again, especially knowing that I have the right shades for my skin tone. Someone give Carolina a raise. She is seriously the best and so knowledgeable. This location is out of my way, but will be coming back to this location specifically because the customer service was that amazing. There are a lot of customers at one time. I feel when staff are not doing anything they should be asking anyone and everyone "Can I help you anything today?" I should not be trying so hard to get their attention. I went in to get a new bottle of the Sephore Best Skin Ever and was having trouble finding the shade I needed. Instead of telling me they did a revamp and 63P is now 37N, she allowed me to leave with "Well yeah everything changed." I later googled this information. Very frustrating.

Best Sephora ever. Every single store assistant is absolutely wonderful. I visit this store about once per week and I love it. I can always find what I'm looking for. The store assistants aren't trying to just make a sale. They are genuine and friendly and very caring. The products that they've recommended are all fabulous, and work better than advertised. Highly highly recommend this amazing Sephora!

I took my granddaughter here just to see if they were hiring and the lovely ladies working there said they were but she had to be 18 so she has two more years to go actually one more because she just had a birthday. We ended up walking around because I had never been to Sephora before and of course my granddaughter love the place and ended up buying something after asking a million questions and the staff members were very pleasant and didn't mind answering her questions. Great location wonderful staff check them out!

I wish I could give a place zero stars. After not being able to pick up an already paid online order close to closing. I cannot believe the disappointment I had but also the disrespect given. NEVER shopping here again.
