Honestly, no issue to the one employee with hot pink hair. She’s a gem. Her coworkers on the other hand were completely rude and disregarding, there was an issue with their POS system and we’re not willing to find a solution. After telling us to move to another cash register, we did do so in which the general manager came up to us and told us that they were closed and therefore we had to leave. Extremely rude and honestly would not recommend anyone to come to this location.

I’ve been a loyal Sephora customer for years and usually have a great experience, but my recent visits to this location were disappointing enough that I feel the need to share. On my first visit, I came in with my hair and makeup done, dressed up, and was treated kindly right from the door. A staff member helped me find a product, but unfortunately, she accidentally gave me the wrong one — something I didn’t notice until I got home. When I went to check out, I was assisted by someone named Michael, who immediately asked who helped me. I honestly couldn’t remember her name or appearance since the interaction was brief and she hadn’t introduced herself. Instead of just moving on, Michael seemed irritated that I didn’t have that info, and the entire checkout process became unnecessarily awkw

As soon as I walked in Micheal had great customer service he welcomed me and helped with getting my order smoothly. While he was getting the order..Natasha was perfection 🤩 she gave me much info. about the perks and now I’m so ready to sign up so that I can get my diva beauty look on in the near future. had to add one more name Brittany to thank for being so observant and helping me especially when I was tired and couldn’t think right on August 1st an angel 😇 Came back today on January 2 and Michaela knocked the service out of the box. I enjoyed my experience i was able to find the products i was looking for i have a skin condition where i really needed help and one person that stood out to me was Kyla i believe she recommended great skin care i and an amazing skin scan which I’ve never had and was very comfortable with her and made me feel very welcome, on the other hand i had noticed the manager i believe her name was Alison was rolling her eyes and making me feel very uncomfortable as i said i do have a skin condition and she constantly was staring as if the person that was helping me wasn’t doing it right and overall just felt judged by her and not welcomed. I love that i finally was able to see diversity out here but definitely want to see the manager be more attentive to the diversity and things that make her uncom

Will I bought 2 gift card for my kids and guess what the card have a zero balance. So here is what happened they took money to themselves. Now I have to wait tell they investigate hahahaha Very bad business. Your response even worse all I need is my money back and I told my kids to not go to place anymore. They spent to much money.
