SEPHORA

I am very torn with writing this review. I am from up east and a Sephora shopper. I relocated to Georgia and found the closest Sephora to me is Peachtree City. My first visit there was horrific, I watched a manager talk to her staff so nasty and condescending that it was uncomfortable to shop. The associate helping me was so afraid I felt bad for her. Then when I witnessed the manager speak to another male associate very rudely and dismissive I had enough. I do not like to complain bout management because I know they have a lot on their plate but it was ridiculous but then when I saw it extended to two other customers I was shocked. I have been a District Manager for over 40 years plus in the retail arena and that behavior is unacceptable. I dismissed my first visit and went in again anot

My sister brought my daughter here for beginner make up for a 13 year old. Nothing too heavy. And our make up assistant Yoshire was super helpful. She understood what our needs were and took us right to the product or choice. She was very nice and patient. She was super apologetic due to there mobile system running slow. But she never stopped helping us. The place was busy but still pretty clean. Nice light environment

Lydia was amazing when assisting me! She helped me find that new mommy confidence with rediscovering what makeup and skin care looks like for me now. She helped me with skin care and was very knowledgable and personable! Thank you to everyone who greeted me, will definitely drive from Stockbridge to come here again!!!

This is my second time having a horrible experience at this location. The first time I did not leave a review due to the manager smoothing things over but this is the second time. I came in for one item after work. A young lady Kylie/Katie(forgive me) helped me find the product quickly but the disregard during checkout is what nailed it for me. I will NEVER come to this location ever again. Please prioritize ALL of your guests.

I had the worst experience I’ve ever had in a retail store tonight. I originally came in and picked up a mobile order a long with doing a return. I got to my car and realized the lip gloss in the mobile order was something I already had so I walked back in the store and picked out another lipgloss instead I went to the counter and did my exchange it wasn’t an even exchange I paid an extra $6.00 for this other one here is proof the transaction was made in the photo. Anyways I got to my car again and opened up and realized it was a lot darker than the packaging at this point I was debating just coming back another day because I was embarrassed to go back in but I said whatever and came back in to find a color that was the correct shade.
