I'm upgrading my review from 2 star to 5 because the last three times we've been here, they unloaded us as quickly as possible. We arrived at 1 p.m. and left unloaded at 2 p.m.

I think The lady who is in charge of shipping and receiving is practicing what her grandparents use to do to BP. The way she is acting is beyond imagination, I feel sorry for those who work under her leadership. 😞 😢 😣 I am glad I have an option not to come back. Never ever again.

Only by appointment for pick up! Most of the time load is not ready so you have to wait couple hours. Bad experience never again

First time here. Came 20 minutes before app time. Got the door. Gard wants trailer plate #, seal #, and all regular info. Don't break your seal. Unloaded in 40 minutes. No issues at all. Don't trust your Garmin. Check your Google maps instead.

If it’s cold or raining the invisible guard shack( who was cool btw) is the only thing but they don’t take too long. I got a door immediately and was unloaded like BOOYAKA BOOYAKA . GET TO YOUR APPOINTMENT TIME EARLY!!! OR YOU WILL BE BANISHED INTO THE WILDERNESS!!! YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY!!!😢😢😢😢😢😢😢😢…….BUUUUUUT!!!!!
