I have to this location numerous with no complaints until today. An older caucasian lady . She had long black hair & a long black coat started following as I looked for the product I went in to buy . How do I know you ask? Once I looked up from the products she stepped out of the aisle once she realized I noticed her. I paused for a min to make sure I’m not just in my head. Again she walks down to see what I’m doing. At no point did she greet me. There were more people who walked in who she greeted. As a black woman in this climate there’s no need to assume things about people when as a customer service provider if indeed she thought I was shoplifting engagement would be the appropriate response. Not following me. I came to spend my money not shoplift. This is disheartening.

The staff is always so friendly. Special shout out to Victoria and Tracy for being so helpful and kind. And for the great recommendations of course. I was able to find the perfect Valentines gifts for my nieces. Thanks ladies <3.

This review is for Gia, An absolutely exceptional leader! Not only is she stunningly beautiful inside and out, but her kindness, expertise, and above-and-beyond customer service make every visit unforgettable. Truly the best Sephora has to offer!

I had a really great experience shopping at this store overall. However, I was a bit unsettled when one of the employees, a short woman with blonde hair, came outside and appeared to take a picture of me while I was in my car. It made me feel uncomfortable, and I’m not sure if this has happened to anyone else.

Only leaving this review because the manager Gia is absolutely amazing! She managed to help my family of three girls while multi tasking and helping other customers, she was super patient and kind and really knowledgeable recommending the best products for us all!! Not to mention she is absolutely stunning looks like a super model I’ll take her advice any day.
