I am writing this review regarding my experience yesterday, February 21, 2026. What should have been a fun day with my best friend turned into a very disappointing experience for both of us. Because I do not have a standalone Sephora near me, I was excited to finally have the full in-store experience. I needed help finding a new foundation match and wanted to try several shades. When I asked an employee where the makeup sponges were, since they were not in plain sight, I was simply told, “They’re over there,” instead of being shown where they were. While I was looking at foundation shades, another employee crouched down directly in front of me to put a product away. I was actively looking at the items she was placing back, and there was no space for me to move behind me due to a display

I recently visited the Sephora at Pike and Rose, I was greeted by so many smiles from women of color! My husband and I were Christmas shopping for our daughter, and Ava was incredibly kind, patient, and helpful. I did not know exactly what my daughter wanted, but Ava went above and beyond to assist us. Especially for someone her age, she was very knowledgeable and helped us pick out Sol de Janeiro products, lip liners, and a Kayali perfume. She was sweet, attentive, and genuinely made the experience pleasant. Unfortunately, the experience completely shifted when I reached the register and was checked out by a girl named Violet. She did not greet me at all and had a very rude, passive aggressive attitude throughout the transaction. In the middle of checking out, I realized she never asked

I visited this Sephora 3 months ago and did not have a good experience. I vowed that I wouldn’t come back but today I had to pick up something and decided to come back because of close proximity. I can tell this establishment is under new management! I had a great experience with Therese. She was nice and welcoming and I ended up leaving with a basket full of things instead of the one lip liner I initially came to buy. Sarjo rung me up and was so kind to me. Keep up the good work Sephora pike and rose! P.S whoever hired these ladies did a wonderful job!

Michaela was amazinggggg. A genuine kind soul who gave perfect recommendations. I spend an obscene amount of time in Sephora and have been to quite a few all over the country and have never had a more pleasant experience with someone helping me. 🖤 keep her at all costs

AMAZING EXPERIENCE!!!! Mikayla is the BEST ASSOCIATE EVER!! She answered all of my questions, gave me some pointers on skin care, gave GREAT suggestions on lipstick (I told her that lipsticke scares me, and she picked LOVELY neutral colors that still had a bit of pop! They look great! She was just all-around great - super patient and incredibly helpful. Truly appreciate her assistance.
