SEPHORA

My survey expired but I want to recognize JOEL who helped me at the Sephora in Christiana Mall. He is extremely personable. He should be directing that store. He made me feel like a special customer. He demonstrated a multitude of talents. He also knew the products and presented them in a professional manner. What a dynamic person you have there and Sephora might want to elevate his talent to a higher level.

I stopped by quickly to grab what I needed before work and was greeted by Frances. Frances was so beyond welcoming and she immediately felt vibrant and overall happy. She pointed me in the right direction and helped me find exactly what I needed while also being personable. She’s the type of person you hope to meet every interaction. Store itself was clean and organized well! Forever a returning customer.

Katherine helped us tremendously today. She is extremely knowledgable and sweet. Her recommendations were all spot on! I dont wear make up myself but I was shopping for a special lady and she made it so easy.

Fernanda was very, very friendly and helpful in getting me the items I needed, particularly considering my first option was sold out online and only 2 were in store (I needed 5). The person that started helping me in the beginning (I didn't catch her name) was also very helpful.

My mom, sister, and I wanted to have some fun getting ready for my cousins wedding but only one make-up appt was open. When arrived, Alejandra moved her day around so she could accommodate all three of us. Ale did all of our makeup perfectly, kept a fun conversation going while steadily working for several hours, and was just amazing all around. We all loved the products she used and ended up each walking away with several of the products, which I still love! Wish Ale was closer because I would use her for all of my make-up needs. (The wedding was out of town) Highly recommend, we had so much fun and felt quite beautiful come wedding time!
