I felt so bad for my Uber Eats delivery driver—he came in to pick up items for me and was genuinely upset when he left, saying it was the worst customer service experience. For someone who already felt a bit out of place walking into a store like Sephora, a little guidance and help finding the products would have gone a long way. I really hope next time there’s more willingness to help.

If I could give 0 stars I would 😒 I wanted to test the Glossier fragrance, coz I can’t find it in Europe. All the testers were empty, so I asked if I could test it, they said yes and that they will bring it from the back, I asked again after a while, they said oh, we were here to tell you it was empty and then you turned the back on us (which wasn’t true but ok), so they didn’t bring the tester, but ask if I wanna buy it? Ha! Sure, Linda, I will, blindly! So much hidden under a smiling face and a “wanting to be nice” attitude…

They very busy when I walked in I needed help with a shade I patiently waited for two different employees to finish helping their guests and they were busy so I found an employee towards the front of the store. I asked her for help she said I will send someone over to help you or I will come help you. No one came to help. I watched other employees talk to one another and help new guests but no one came over. I’m hard to miss as I’m tall. I couldn’t wait any longer. As I walked out empty handed the same employee that said she would send someone over/she would come over said bye have a great day. I won’t be back. It’s already difficult enough to find parking. I’ll drive father to the one in Metairie.

Grateful for the experience I had yesterday. And although it was just before closing time, Micki was extremely helpful and professional, trying to check on the item I was asking about. I am a Sephora fan, and I appreciate it even more. Thanks.

Great experience, great service. The staff helped my daughter find some good moisturizer and skin care that was appropriate for her age. Other than how busy it was, I had a very pleasant experience
