I went on a Saturday Feb 7th around 1:30pm just to browse and get a color match for concealer. There were over 5 beauty reps just standing around, talking to each other, or doing their own make up. I was not approached by a single assistant. I actually went up to ask a couple of reps for help but they radioed others and no one showed up to help me. Really disappointed with the poor customer service, I decided to leave and drove to ULTA instead where I received amazing service. This is coming from a Rouge status beauty insider.

I stood there for at least half an hour testing out different shades with my sister, couldn’t decide between a couple shades. Luckily Chloe walked by and helped us out. Thank you Chloe! I’m very happy with the shade. Also this month’s birthday beauty insider gift is stinking adorable. Perfect mini sizes for traveling.

Was there with a friend. Products on the shelf had dust on them. Can't imagine the amount of expired products they had on the shelves. Some of the staff members weren't friendly. One Spanish girl with curly hair didn't care to greet us or ask if we needed help.

I’m deeply disappointed to see Huda Beauty associated with individuals or platforms that support or normalize the IRGC, a group responsible for severe human rights abuses against Iranians. As a customer who values ethics and human rights, I can’t support this brand and urge Sephora to reconsider carrying companies linked to such support. Consumers deserve transparency and accountability.
