Small Sephora store but conveniently located in Waterside Shops. Nataliai is awesome! She is so helpful with her vast knowledge of all the products and she is an excellent beauty advisor!. 4 out of 5 only due to several times I gone to Sephora and they have a product display but the product is sold out.

Cashiers need to be trained to take the person next in line. We stood in front of a cashier at the cash register while they took 6 customers in front of us. It was a zoo! No manager on duty and pure chaos. We will not be shopping with this store ever again. If I didn’t have small children waiting for purchases I would have left without completing the sale due to the utterly deplorable customer service!
