SEPHORA

I had an excellent experience at Sephora today! The store was well-organized, the atmosphere was welcoming, and the staff was incredibly helpful. A special shout-out to the amazing associate who helped me choose the perfect eyeliner. She was patient, knowledgeable, and took her time to explain the differences between the products. On top of that, she even helped me apply my discount, which was such a nice surprise. It’s rare to meet someone who genuinely loves helping customers, and she absolutely made my visit memorable. I’ll definitely come back because of her wonderful service!

I am visiting out of town and walked into this Sephora location during the VIB sale and everything was in stock, well organized and all the sales associates were very friendly and helpful. Walked out with a few goodies!

Tricia was so unbelievably helpful on my Sephora trip! She walked me through all kinds of products and was with me the whole time. I am so thankful!! I look forward to shopping with her again soon I had so much fun ❤️

Stopped in for a new foundation and asked for a color match. Im notoriously hard to match (where's my other very fair warm girlies?!) And Cat took her time and found me a perfect match with Haus Labs. First time in this store and I will absolutely go back because of her!

I went in to the store. I was greeted by several clerks but want something from the Charlotte Tilbury line. A clerk was working the CT line. She was finishing up with a customer and said she’d be right with me. Then a young gal with 2 pups walked in and the clerk started working with her as I stood there. The clerk even said to me I could be her audience. After 15 minutes of her helping the other customer who clearly came in after me and had no appointment, I left. I am very disappointed in the service by this clerk. It was the day before my birthday too.
