I visited Sephora on February 28, 2026, and the store was extremely crowded. I understand busy days happen, but I was disappointed that when I asked two associates for help, both told me to “hold on” and never came back. That part of the experience felt dismissive and frustrating. That said, I want to give credit where it’s due. The Saint Laurent representative was incredibly kind and informative. Even though I wasn’t initially shopping the brand, he took the time to educate me on the products and made sure I felt acknowledged. Most importantly, Evi (I hope I’m spelling her name correctly) completely turned my experience around. She was patient, attentive, and genuinely helpful despite how busy the store was. I really don’t like writing negative reviews, but this has been my experience every single time I come to this Sephora location and it’s gotten to the point where I can’t ignore it anymore. It always seems to start with the same associate, a woman with straight reddish/ginger hair. From the moment I walk in, I feel watched and followed, which immediately makes me uncomfortable. I try to brush it off, but it happens consistently and it’s hard not to notice. Returns and exchanges that are clearly within policy have also felt unnecessarily tense. I’m always polite and simply trying to complete a normal transaction, yet the interactions often come with visible frustration or attitude. I went into Sephora planning to buy just one perfume, and I left with a complete beauty and skincare routine—and it’s all thanks to Kaitlin. From the moment I approached her, she was fully present, genuinely listening, and immediately understood what I was looking for. She’s an aesthetician, but more than that, she’s someone who lives her craft. You can tell she’s in her element, and working with her is like being guided by a true expert who actually cares about making you feel your absolute best. Today was my second visit to this store, and both times, the staff was incredibly kind. I had a lot of questions because I’m trying to improve my skincare routine, and Jenny Lee helped me both times choose the right products. All the products she recommended two months ago worked exactly as she said. I’ll definitely be back.

I had a makeup appointment with Lily ahead of a ball I was attending. She did a phenomenal job, and took the time to explain the products she was using and techniques she was using! I've never felt more beautiful than I did after this visit. Can't recommend her highly enough!
