I’ll start off by saying, this review is mainly based on my -1-star experience at the Dolce and Gabbana pop-up event, during Art Basel. Only giving 3-stars because the Sephora associates inside of the store were incredibly kind, courteous, helpful, and very professional and personable. I wish I could remember the young lady’s name and the gentleman who guided me to this outside pop up event. Would give them TEN stars. Also the sweet greeter at the front door. Before Basel, I researched events going on for the week. On tik tok there were many videos talking about this pop up D&G Light Blue event. The worst Sephora ever! They do not care what you need and ALL unprofessional and not welcoming.

Be extremely careful with this store, the attention is good but they sold me a tester product in a closed box! 🤯😠 please be careful, this is the nastiest experience ever, totally unacceptable abuse and a fraud obviously. 💔

Did a beauty service for 1hr yesterday at 11am, Cristina was my MUA. She did a fantastic job. I usually am very nervous getting my makeup done as I don’t do it often and hate feeling like a stranger to my own face but Cristina listened to me and I came out feeling like myself but enhanced. Makeup was beautiful and flattering.will def look to her for future appointment.

Good selection of goods But….a lot is old and have to ask for new testers eg: merit stand all the eyeshadows where rock hard Staff a little hit and miss Some attitude, some not following up after asking about having a product and lady on the check out very friendly but incredibly slow
