SEPHORA

I’ve generally found this location to be below average. The displays are often unclean, with visible makeup residue and dust. Even with many employees present, guidance on selecting the most suitable products isn’t always offered. I’ve also been denied a foundation sample in the past, which was disappointing. Unfortunate since this location is in such a lovely plaza.

Greeter at the front was super sweet. Lady we asked about a product was incredibly rude and demeaning. I had bought a product from a different Sephora and she immediately turned us down and away and seemed very offended at the thought of us even asking. When I repeated that I definitely bought it at a Sephora in the west valley, she rolled her eyes and asked on her walkie before once again telling us "no Ulta." It's not at Ulta, I already know that for a fact. Be nicer

My girl is addicted so I have to love Sephora. Kevin was amazingly helpful for a dude like me with ZERO understanding of the makeup words my girl uses. Edit: Make sure y'all give Kevin some props. He was extremely professional and used the suggestions my girl gave me to help put together a HUGE order that I shipped to her - and she was over the moon happy with all the items Kevin helped me pick. He was so helpful and truly made MY experience great and fun, when normally it's absolutely horrifying. (IDK what the hell most of these things are! LOL )

10/10 recommend this location!! The staff were all so sweet and supportive. Helped me color match! As a novice in makeup, I felt comfortable here 😌

Lady walking around making sure people arent stealing but hovering bumping into people and and making everyone uncomfortable and apparently we cant use the sink because its "against state regulations " but hundreds of people can reuse the same makeup samples like eyeshadow with dirty fingers ...hmmm make that make sense .
