I don’t usually write reviews for retail, but I had such a great experience that I wanted to share. I stopped in the other evening to look for new products and felt a bit overwhelmed, but Ava completely changed that. She was warm, personable, and incredibly knowledgeable, and she took the time to help me find products that truly suited me. She even made a couple of makeup samples for me to try, which I’m currently loving. I’ll definitely be back to purchase the makeup and other items she recommended, and I’ll be looking for Ava when I return so I can thank her! Excellent service!!

Thinking of switching to ultra due to ultra being bigger, cheaper and a friendlier atmosphere! A lot of times it seems like the employees there paid to assist you either have a "im better than you attitude," or they follow you around making you feel like their watching you as if your stealing something! I've commented afew times that "I didn't need a babysitter but if I did I wouldn't of picked this store to find one, stop following me!"

Loved Penny! I went in looking for a new shampoo and conditioner and not only did she help me find what I was looking for, but she also got me set up on a skincare routine that I love. Penny asked me questions and even did a skin assessment on me to help pick out the products I needed for my skincare regimen.

I had such a wonderful experience at Sephora recently, and I owe it all to Shannon. From the moment I stepped into the store, Shannon made me feel welcome and genuinely cared for. We had so many authentic and humorous moments as I was navigating throughout the store, while also attending to my 6 year old son. But Shannon took her time to really listen to what I was looking for, offering thoughtful suggestions without ever making me feel rushed, even with me not knowing the store was closing soon. Shannon’s product knowledge was very impressive, but what really touched me was her patience and the way she seemed to truly care about helping me find exactly what I needed, while seeking only clean, toxic-free vegan brands to purchase. I booked an appointment for makeup for a full face for my wedding on 02/22/26; my appointment was cancelled as I was walking in, as they told me brother they did have any appointments for that day and I was unable to get a refund because in the system it showed I did not pay for the services when I paid on the 17th and the money was taken out of my account and now I have to call customer service for a refund.
