SEPHORA

My daughter and I always go to this particular Sephora. We repeatedly have great experiences! I have done a make up lesson/update with Nefertari and she is wonderful. Yesterday I took my daughter and four of her friends for her birthday and everyone in the store cannot have been nicer (including Nefetari). They really made it fun for them.... Did some little free glitter on the girls faces and gave them some free samples and made us feel very welcome. I don’t know that every store would embrace having Qty 5 11year-old girls swarm their store, but the Avenues Sephora did and they really made the girls' day special.

I went into this location earlier today, I have very little knowledge about my shade and such so I kind of went in blind. I have moderately severe anxiety so I have been putting off going into the store for a while, but when I went in they where super nice, friendly and overall very relaxed. I got all the help and care I needed. I forgot to ask the wonderful lady that helped me what her name was because I was so nervous, but she helped shade match me and helped me with everything. So thank you so much.

Love the girls here, super helpful and experienced girls! Mia and Kayla definitely know their stuff, they’ll direct you the right way if You’re completely lost on what to get etc. Brianna, Arianna, and Lauren are so sweet, super helpful they will make sure you get the proper help and guidance you need and truly go out of their way for you while enhancing your experience with their charm. My toddler daughter adored all the girls! She knew them better than I did! Highly recommend this location!

I don't want to give away my secret weapon but I have to tell the truth. There is young lady working there. I'm sure I'm not spelling her name correctly but it's Shahi. Beautiful inside and out. Incredibly helpful. Very good at what she does. Listens to the customer and actually goes from there with her suggestions. Also offers her own personal insight on many of the products. If I still own my own business, I would steal her! What a great representative for your company. Take good care of her. When I go back I expect to see her!

Melanie did an amazing job helping me and my bestie today! She helped us to all the things we need and she set us up with so many more products to buy that were awesome products to add to your everyday routine. We had no idea they existed and they are awesome! She offered products she’s uses her self and knows are good products! She is a true girls girl! Give this queen a raise!
