I love the products but the service is disheartening. They're not friendly. The treat you as if you're beneath them. It's mind-boggling to me. It's no dig, but you chose to be a cashier. Smile for everyone who shops there. They need cultural training. I can afford the spaces I shop in. They act as if they're doing you a favor. It's the audacity of it all.

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Exceptional Service – Wendy Is THAT Girl In late June, I walked into the Sephora on Riverside Drive in Macon, GA with very low self-esteem. I was going through menopause, and everywhere I had been before, people just gave me whatever they thought might work. It was frustrating—and honestly, a waste of my hard-earned money. Then I met Wendy. I spent about an hour and a half with her, and she never rushed me—not once. She truly took her time, asked the right questions, and actually researched what would work best for my skin. When I tell you she got my skin together… she GOT my skin together. And that’s no cap. Usually their service is the best out of the Sephora’s we have in middle ga but HANNAH with the wide back decided to blurt out”WOW THATS REALLY DARK” at the foundation my mother picked to purchase for HER FACE . Must’ve been her first day seeing black people and black makeup! Someone should let Hannah know there are more shades than WHITE/TAN

Even management doesn’t offer to correct mistakes of their staff… The customer must make extra trips to a physical retail store and/ or call corporate to fix the issue that basic store staff neglected to complete as part of their basic job. Very disappointing with Sephora as I’m a long time Ulta fan and just starting to try out this company- will not be returning to any Sephora due to the lack of care and professionalism their staff and management is trained to deliver.

First time shopping here at Sephora and I was very impressed with everything that they had to offer and the store was presented beautifully and with style and Professionally Represented. I Highly recommend the Business Establishment.🤗
