I want to thank Nancy for her wonderful assistance during my visit. She provided an excellent foundation shade consultation and patiently answered all my questions. I truly felt seen and heard throughout my experience, which made shopping enjoyable. I ended up purchasing several more items than I originally planned! Previously, I visited the MAC counter in Macy’s, but the experience wasn’t ideal. The difference in service at Sephora was very noticeable. I felt confident in my purchases and will definitely be returning.

Helen did an awesome job with helping us today on our purchase. Me, my husband, and my little brother came in to buy a few colognes and Helen greeted us with a cheerful attitude and a smile. She had helped us and offered some great insight on what we should look at. We ended up with 4 bottles and a travel size spray as well. If you’re looking for someone kind who won’t badger you during your trip, Helen is who we would all recommend.

The employees here are so nice! I would highly recommend coming to this sephora! I did a mobile pickup and I also came in person a separate day and both times we were treated so kindly! We got some advice for tween makeup and skincare and once of the products came with a gift with purchase, they made sure that it would work for tweens as well! So lovely!

Worst Sephora trip I’ve ever had. I went in to buy Hailey Bieber’s new products and asked a worker for help—she rudely said “over there” and walked away. Later when I asked again about the lip peptides, she snapped “WHAT” and acted like I was bothering her. None of the employees were paying attention to customers, just laughing with each other. Truly disappointing service and a very unpleasant experience.

No greeting, no follow up, but other customers were treated like royalty. Wonder why that is. And when I talked to an employee all I got was a pitiful, "I'm sorry." No, I'm sorry. Pitiful service indeed. If I'm going to spend $60+ at least ACT like you're interested in my business.
