I wanted to leave a review about my experience at Sephora because I received some of the best customer service I’ve had in a cosmetics store in a long time, all thanks to Yessenia. I came in on Valentine’s Day and hadn’t purchased new makeup in a while, so I was honestly feeling a bit overwhelmed and unsure of what I wanted or what would work best for me. Yessenia noticed my confusion and truly came to the rescue. She walked me through each step, helped me find the perfect shades for my skin tone, and made the entire process feel easy and enjoyable. Just had SUCH a poor experience with the supposed manager of this location. I’ve been a Sephora customer for over 20 years and I’ve never had an issue returning a product that doesn’t work for me or my skin. The two products pictured made me breakout and have allergic reactions on my skin. Come to find out, they’re not clean products even though Sephora advertises them as such. As you can see from the screenshots from the Yucca app, these products have allergen ingredients and should NOT qualify as clean. I asked for a store credit - she flat out said no multiple times with a really arrogant and nasty attitude. Don’t get her name but I’ve never experienced customer service like that. Guess it’s a Kendall thing. I’ll just go to Dadeland from now on.

Outstanding experience thanks to Alison If it weren’t for Alison’s attention and problem-solving skills, a sale of more than $600 would have been lost. Her quick intervention, experience, and knowledge truly made the difference. From the moment I walked into the store, her customer service was exceptional—professional, attentive, and consistent all the way through checkout. I am very grateful for her help and would definitely recommend this store and Alison to anyone looking for a great shopping experience. Thank you!

The management at this store is unprofessional and they were happy when said I wouldn’t be shopping at Sephora anymore. I doubt Sephora corporate offices would be happy to hear this as their store was EMPTY. If a customer is unhappy that is not a good way to deal with it.

I am super happy Sephora just opened their store at Town & Country. I had a wonderful experienced saleslady, Isabella who greeted & helped me. I’ll certainly return & hope to have her assist me again.
