My experience at this Sephora was nothing short of outstanding. Jill and her team are absolutely amazing warm, knowledgeable, and genuinely passionate about helping every customer look and feel their best. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and taken care of. Jill’s expertise shines through in everything she does. This review is not about Sephora as a company, because I believe every store reflects its management and the culture leadership creates. I visited this location on 02/11/2026 and spent about 45 minutes in the store. During that entire time, no one greeted me, acknowledged me, or offered assistance. There was a female employee with pink hair and heavy makeup working near the front of the store who did not greet or assist customers while I was there. A younger African American female wearing glasses consistently had a visibly unapproachable expression and did not engage with customers. A Caucasian male employee in his 30s with a beard spent most of the time I observed him on his phone. I went to this location this evening to purchase a concealer and a young lady by the name of Lauren was extremely helpful! She went above and beyond for me on my search for the perfect match. Thank you for the excellent customer service you provided. I will definitely be coming back to this location in the future.

Stopped in this location this week and had the BEST experience with Rossini!! He was sooo helpful and kind. I’m terrible with makeup and he walked me through my eyebrows and matched concealers and found and suggested for me everything I needed and showing me how to apply. Thank you so much Rossini for helping me find what I needed.

Weird experience here. The store was empty and I asked to see a tester and the associate didn’t want to hand the tester over. She was very hesitant to let us hold it. Weird behavior to guard over a very used lipstick.
